At Dubai E-Scooter, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric scooters and exceptional service. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind with every purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
Electric Scooters:
- Frame and Structural Components: Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Electronic Components (including motor and controller): Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Battery: Covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
- Consumable Parts: Items subject to regular wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads, and inner tubes, are not covered under this warranty.
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the user manual is not covered.
Warranty Claim Process:

- Evaluation: Our technicians will assess the problem and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage.

- Authorized Service Centers: Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.
