Warranty Coverage:

  1. Electric Scooters:

    • Frame and Structural Components: Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • Electronic Components (including motor and controller): Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • Battery: Covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Exclusions:

    • Consumable Parts: Items subject to regular wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads, and inner tubes, are not covered under this warranty.
    • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the user manual is not covered.

Warranty Claim Process:
